How to store your bread
Our sourdough breads are naturally leavened and made without any preservatives, just flour, water and salt. As a result, they last longer than the average loaf of bread without getting moldy. The best way to keep your Palmer's loaf fresh for as long as possible is to keep it in the paper bag it came in, on your countertop! Definitely don't store it in the fridge as it will make your bread go stale faster. Our breads last 3-4 days, but may get a bit too hard after that. If you aren't able to finish your loaf in that time, we would suggest slicing it up and freezing it so that you can have delicious toast for days!
