Our Breads

Each of our loaves and pastries are hand made using locally sourced ingredients

Flour is the bedrock of our breads and pastries which is why we feel it is important to use locally sourced, good quality flour. 

The flour we use contains no preservatives, additives or bleaching, which makes our breads richer and more flavourful.

Since our breads and pastries contain no preservatives, they are best eaten the day they are baked, but can be frozen and baked in the oven for 5-10 minutes to reheat and they will crisp right back up!

About Us

Hayley founded Palmer’s Baked Goods in 2017 out of her love for breads and desserts. Having worked in restaurants, bakeries and hotels, her true passion is sharing her love of food with the world. Mixing classic technique, innovative style and a precise attention to detail, Palmer’s - named after Hayley’s maternal grandmother - stands for beautiful, delicious breads, cookies and pastries, every time.

FAQ

Q: When will I receive my delivery?

A: Any time between 9am-12pm, depending on where you live! Kitchener and Waterloo are usually closer to 9am, while Cambridge is usually closer to 12pm

Q: Where are you located?

A: Wooden Boat Foods is our new location! It is at 20 Hurst Avenue, unit 1 (You will see a patio and a garage door with a fish mural, though the garage door may be open to let the sun shine in!)

Q: Where and when do I pick up my order for curbside pickup?

A: You will receive an email at 8:30am when your order is ready for pickup. Our pickup window is between 8:30am-11am on Saturday. Come by Wooden Boat Foods to pick up your order and we will have it ready for you!
