Each of our loaves and pastries are hand made each day. We use a slow fermentation method to produce our sourdough breads so each loaf is hand made over the course of three days.
The flour we use contains no preservatives, additives or bleaching, which makes our breads more nutritious and more flavourful.
Since our breads and pastries contain no preservatives, they are best eaten the day they are baked, but can be frozen and baked in the oven for 5-10 minutes to reheat and they will crisp right back up!
Hayley founded Palmer’s Baked Goods in 2017 out of her love for breads and desserts. Having worked in restaurants, bakeries and hotels, her true passion is sharing her love of food with the world. Mixing classic technique, innovative style and a precise attention to detail, Palmer’s - named after Hayley’s maternal grandmother - stands for beautiful, delicious breads, cookies and pastries, every time.
